GENERAL TRAVEL INFORMATION

Passport and VISA Information

U.S. Citizens are required to carry their valid passport (must be valid for 6 months beyond intended stay).  VISA requirements vary by destination.  You must have a valid U.S. Passport - to apply or renew your passport visit U.S. PASSPORT AGENCY WEBSITE

Currently, processing times are about 4-6 weeks, or 2-3 weeks for the more costly, expedited service.

Do You Need to Renew??? Destinations require a minimum post-tour passport validity post tour (varies by destination). You are strongly urged to contact the appropriate consulate for details. Visit the U.S. PASSPORT AGENCY WEBSITE for the U.S. State Department for the latest details about passports and visa requirements.

It is recommended that passengers traveling abroad take a photocopy of their passport and applicable visas. It should be packed separately from your actual passport and visa. We also recommend leaving a copy at home with your emergency contact.

Passport and Inoculation requirements are the passenger’s responsibility.
