ABOUT THE 2011 EVENT... 

The Madera District Chamber of Commerce hosted it's 20th Annual Business Showcase and Extravaganza on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the Madera District Fairgrounds. The event began at  4:00 p.m. and concluded at 8:00 p.m.  The event included a showcase of business exhibitors, a variety of food booths and live entertainment throughout the evening provided by The Yard Dogs with intermittent performances by the PAC Studio.  Attendees that brought a Toner or Ink Cartridge to be recycled, received one free ticket for the Chamber's Big Door Prize Raffle drawing and could enter FREE drawings at each booth to win prizes at the conclusion of the event.  Drawings began at 7:15 p.m. on the Patio Stage; winners had to be present to win.   For more information about the 2012 event, please contact the Chamber office at (559) 673-3563.

ABOUT THE ANNUAL BUSINESS SHOWCASE & EXTRAVAGANZA...
The Extravaganza is an excellent way to get acquainted with the business community of Madera! In keeping with our commitment to our members… this event

The Chamber’s premier event to showcase over 75 local businesses. The Extravaganza hosts a diversity of business exhibitors including banking, retail, service, health care and education. The participating businesses  display their products and services throughout the evening, as well as give away door prizes at the culmination of the event. The food court features local restaurants and caterers selling a variety of food at a minimal cost;  the Chamber offers a beverage bar and entertainment throughout the evening. The event utilizes Hatfield Hall, a large covered tent and the outdoor patio (an additional tent may be added if the event sells out).  Van Alen Hall will be used if additional space is needed.

 

Admission to the event is open to the public. FREE tickets are available on behalf of our generous sponsors at the Chamber office located at 120 North E Street, online at the Chamber website, and from our Sponsors. Admission at the gate is $6.00; so don’t miss out on your opportunity for FREE admission by visiting the sponsors of this event.
