WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT The Madera County Workforce Assistance Center is a partnership of agencies working together to provide a variety of services to Madera County residents and businesses. Through the local system of Workforce Assistance Centers, we offer all individuals the opportunity to know their skills, enhance their skills, and obtain the best employment possible with their skills. Local employers are provided with access to both an available pool of candidates for employment and a broad menu of services to facilitate business growth and development. The agencies housed in the Madera County Workforce Assistance Center provide a wide range of services including: education, housing, job search assistance, vocational assessment, career counseling, and employment opportunities.
