About Salute to Education...
Each year, the Madera business community honors teachers for their outstanding efforts. In return the local education system honors those businesses that have continued to provide commitment and support to local schools. This event is a celebration to honor a Distinguished Teacher of the Year for each school site. The schools also honor their Business Supporters of the Year and the Madera Unified Teachers Association honors their “Friends of Education”.  Other special presentations include paying tribute to the Madera Chamber of Commerce Honor Roll Recipient… a prestigious award that recognizes life-long commitment and dedication to business and educational partnerships in Madera.

Sponsorships... The Madera Chamber of Commerce 'Business and Education' Committee depends on sponsors for the continued success with our programs and events... for the 2009-10 fiscal year, we will not offer a Platinum Sponsor level (supporting all of the Business & Education events), but instead, will seek sponsors for the individual events.

Would you like to promote your business, receive name recognition and promote education? The Business and Education Committee is gearing up for several upcoming events and we need you as a sponsor! Sponsorship levels vary by event.  For more information about Business and Education sponsorships, programs or to participate in any or all of the following events, please call the Madera Chamber of Commerce office at (559) 673-3563.
