The Madera District Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors includes the Executive Board consisting of the following officers: Chairman of the Board, 1st Vice-Chair, 2nd Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Past Chairman of the Board.  The CEO/President serves as Secretary and Staff to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is the policy making body of the Chamber. It consists of sixteen (16) members representing our community in the following classifications:

Two (2) each shall be selected from the following areas: Agribusiness, Industry, Retail/Service and Professional (includes medical, educational, banking, loan, and real estate)

Seven (7) shall be selected from the membership At-Large.

One (1) position is filled by the CEO/President of the chamber, who serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and Chief Administrator of the chamber.

The immediate past president shall remain on the board for one (1) year following his/her term of office. He/she may than run for re-election provided he/she has not served two consecutive terms.
